We only operate at the billings layer and do not modify your cloud computing environment in any way that would adversely affect your applications, data, or traffic.

There is no chance for us to cause any server downtimes or interruptions to your application or workloads. We do not in any way, shape, or form interact with your production compute instances. For example:

  • We cannot and do not access your code, private data, or network traffic.

  • We cannot and do not start, stop, or modify your physical instances.

  • We cannot and do not create new instances in your compute environment.

  • We cannot and do not impact your production workloads.
