Terms of Service

Billing & Payment

We will charge your credit card and/or bank account via Stripe processing on a monthly basis for use of our services. As a Stripe customer, your payment details will be stored and processed by Stripe according to their privacy policy and terms. We do not have direct access to your financial information. You accept all Stripe fees associated with paying your bill. You can find a list of Stripe service fees here. You are responsible for paying all bills incurred through your account. If auto-payment fails due to insufficient funds or expired/canceled card, your access to either Reyki AI or your cloud service provider services may be suspended until payment is processed successfully; if you are part of our cloud organization (e.g. Reyki AI AWS Org), we reserve the right to remove you until your bill payment is complete.

Data Collection Permissions

You agree to grant Reyki AI access to relevant cloud billings and usage metadata as described in our IAM Permissions via the use of a Cross-Account Role. You agree to allow Reyki AI to purchase and sell cloud compute Reserved Instances (RI) on your behalf in your own AWS account. You agree to notify Reyki AI before purchasing or selling Reserved Instances (RI) in your own AWS account. If you purchase any RIs on your own that result in under utilization (wasted spend on RIs), Reyki AI does not assume responsibility to refund you or render credits to cover those economic inefficiencies. If you sell any RIs on your own that decreases coverage of on-demand (OD) compute instances, you do not hold Reyki AI responsible for your increased cloud compute spend. When signing up for an account and joining Reyki AI's organization, we collect name, email, phone, and company details, as well as information pertaining to payment methods to provide our services to you. Payment information like credit cards and bank account details are processed securely by Stripe and not accessible to us directly. We only collect cloud compute billings and spend data required to provide our services.

Privacy Policy & Use of Information

We will not share your personal or company information with third parties other than as described here and necessary to provide our services through the payment transaction company.

We use the information only to: 1. Provide, operate and improve our services. 2. Send administrative emails and important account notices. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.

We take steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this policy. However, no system can be completely secure so we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You have the right to update or delete your information by contacting us. For Stripe payment details, you will need to manage those directly through your Stripe account.

Prerequisites for AWS users.

In order for Reyki AI to buy and sell RIs on your behalf to optimize your cloud compute spend, you must take the explicit action to register as an AWS RI Marketplace Seller. If you do not register, you can still join the Reyki AI organization to reap savings benefits, but Reyki AI will not be able to optimize RI arbitraging on your behalf. Register as AWS RI Marketplace Seller.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer for any reason. We may update our terms of service at any time without notice. Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms and related changes.

Reyki Credits

Reyki AI will credit back to customers any net wasteful spend caused by Reyki AI activities. These credits will be applied to offset your future cloud bill.

Reyki AI is not required to credit any net wasteful spend caused by situations outside of Reyki AI's direct control. This includes a precipitous drop in cloud usage by the customer. Examples include, but are not limited to customers experiencing cyber attack, cloud service provider outage, customers deliberately shutting down large fleets of compute instances, or customers suffering from internal application sabotage.

Within a 72-hour window, any net waste generated does not warrant Reyki AI credits. This is to ensure that Reyki AI does not over react to any temporary drop in cloud usage. If it were a temporary dip, and we immediately downshifted your resource optimizations, this could result in slower return to optimizations once your cloud consumption rebounds after the 72-hour window. In the long run, we minimize over-pivoting in order to optimize for enhanced long-term savings.

Most customers are unlikely to experience major cloud usage downsizing that would break your normal pattern of consumption. You are required to notify Reyki AI of any major downshifts to cloud consumption and usage in advance (by a minimum of 60 business days). Doing so allows Reyki AI to anticipate the abrupt changes in your usage pattern, enabling us to pre-plan for savings optimizations given your new consumption context.

Notify Reyki AI of Planned Cloud Consumption Changes

Most customers are unlikely to experience major cloud usage downsizing that would break your normal pattern of consumption. You are required to notify Reyki AI of any major downshifts to cloud consumption and usage in advance (by a minimum of 60 business days). Doing so allows Reyki AI to anticipate the abrupt changes in your usage pattern, enabling us to pre-plan for savings optimizations given your new consumption context.
